The machine has been bought to bend and re-roll the keelbeam of the Airbus A319 and A320, but also the emergency exits and many more parts of the plane. The challenge fo this project was the length of the rolls with 10 meters and the really small rolls diameters of only 100 mm. This type of machine is the most suitable for bending parts with machined pockets and plate thickness differences. The flexibility of the geometry of the Davi MAV system with variable axis is loved by the operators as they can solve every difficulty in bending and re-rolling process of these difficult parts.
