The Classic 3-Roll for rolling
The Davi MCO is the traditional 3-roll double-pinch plate roll, engineered for workshops that require a reliable, easy-to-use machine without sacrificing the power of hydraulics.
The MCO Advantage
The MCO is designed with a wide crowning range to compensate for roll deflection, maintaining perfect roundness across the entire width of the plate.
ADVANTAGE 1
Both side rolls move independently, allowing for pre-bending on both ends of the plate with a single insertion. This reduces material handling and increases safety.
ADVANTAGE 2
While many machines are limited in length, the MCO can be custom-engineered to handle exceptionally wide sheets (up to 7,000–8,000 mm / 23–26 ft and beyond), making it a good choice for sectors like tank trailers and large-scale ducting.
ADVANTAGE 3
The geometry of the MCO allows the side rolls to pinch the plate close to the tangent point of the top roll, ensuring good results even on the plate edges.
