ADVANTAGE 1
Clamping Power
The fourth roll acts as a clamp, holding the profile firmly against the top roll. This eliminates the "rotation and undulation" effects often seen in 3-roll machines when dealing with unstable sections.

4-roll | angle roll
The 4-Roll for Complex Profiles
By adding a fourth roll, Davi introduces a clamping action that secures the profile during the entire process. This series is the best choice for thin, slender, or asymmetrical profiles that require structural integrity and minimal deformation.
The MC4P Advantage
The Davi MC4P takes over where 3-roll technology ends, providing the stability required for challenging profiles.
ADVANTAGE 1
The fourth roll acts as a clamp, holding the profile firmly against the top roll. This eliminates the "rotation and undulation" effects often seen in 3-roll machines when dealing with unstable sections.
ADVANTAGE 2
Engineered for thin-walled profiles (2–4 mm / 0.08"–0.16"), the MC4P prevents the walls from collapsing or twisting, ensuring the final radius is consistent from start to finish.
ADVANTAGE 3
The 4-roll geometry provides a constant "pinching" point, making it the most suitable platform for fully automated CNC production cycles with high repeatability.
ADVANTAGE 4
Just like our 4-roll plate rolls, the MC4P geometry allows for the shortest possible flat ends on profiles, maximizing material yield and reducing post-bending waste.
Beyond the Standard
The go-to machine for innovative structural designs that use non-standard, light-gauge profiles.
APPLICATION 1
The MC4P is the only reliable solution for bending Z and Omega sections. While these profiles are unstable on 3-roll machines, the MC4P’s clamping action prevents undulation, maintaining a flat upper wall and controlled side wall curvature.
APPLICATION 2
Perfect for profiles with unequal legs or complex centers of gravity that tend to twist during bending.
APPLICATION 3
Ideal for manufacturing structural frames where tolerances are measured in hundredths of a millimeter.
