Engineered specifically for naval yards and marine fabricators, the Davi Ship Frame Roller delivers profile-bending technology to handle high-tensile marine structural shapes. Purpose-built to bend flat bulbs up to 430 × 20 mm, it combines movement, deep-hardened tooling, and real-time vision inspection to streamline frame fabrication while eliminating distortion.
The Davi Advantage
Standard section rolls struggle with the asymmetrical geometries, springback, and tolerances required in vessel construction. The Davi Ship Frame Roller integrates specialized tooling, special kinematics, and optical control directly into the bending axis for maximum marine structural integrity.
ADVANTAGE 1
The machine handles both single and double bulbs bent simultaneously (mirror flat). By tack-welding two symmetrical profiles, rolling them together, and separating them after bending, shipyards achieve identical radii for port and starboard frames in half the time.

The integrated Davi patented camera system automatically scans and measures complex multi-radius geometries on the fly. Operators compare the bent profile directly against digital CAD templates for immediate, high-accuracy validation.
