The Training Academy is designed to transfer decades of engineering expertise directly to your team. We offer training programs led by expert technicians who specialize in both plate rolls (such as our 3-roll and 4-roll systems) and angle rolls (for profiles, channels, and beams).
Our training is delivered through flexible paths designed to fit your operational schedule.
STEP 1
Our field technicians train your operators on your shop floor using your specific machinery. We provide follow-up sessions to refine your team’s skills as they tackle real production runs.
STEP 2
We host training programs at our facility. These courses are open to both clients and authorized dealers, combining classroom theory with hands-on practice on actual machines.

Upon successful completion of the training, operators receive an official certification. This credential validates their technical competency, standardizes quality across your shifts, and serves as a milestone of professional expertise.
Our angle roll training is designed for the high-capacity section bending industry, where mastering structural profiles is key to preventing workpiece distortion. The curriculum covers a wide range of standard profiles, specifically detailing flats, squares, rounds, angles, and T-shapes, as well as heavy structural components such as channels and beams up to 1,200 mm (47.2 inches) in height. Guided by expert technicians, operators learn how to set up our universal rolls and configure advanced accessories—such as the 3D Forming System for roller coaster structures or the Hydraulic Rolls Setup—to drastically reduce transition times between different profile batches while protecting the integrity of the material.
