To eliminate the compromises of traditional rolling, Davi engineered the MCE e-POWER, the market’s only complete line of fully electric 4-roll plate rolls. Built without a single hydraulic component, the MCE e-POWER replaces hydraulic systems with high-torque electric servomotors and next-generation actuators.

Integrated with AI-Vision laser measuring system and iRoll eXtreme control system, it enables Autorolling©, an autonomous rolling environment. The system automatically measures, corrects, and optimizes the radius in real time, eliminating operator trial-and-error.
