Recently, our Service & After Sales (SAS) Division successfully concluded the installation, commissioning and training on a 4 roll with a capacity of 10’ x 3” in Brazil.
All these operations have been completed with no DAVI technicians at the customer’s plant, since the phases of both start-up and training have been completed remotely. Two technicians from the client’s facility have been brilliantly guided by our customer support team in Cesena and were able to start operating this medium-size machine perfectly on time.
