At the beginning of September, we held a two-day event with all of our major partners (dealer and their salesman) to inaugurate our new facility in Dallas. The new building has a much larger footprint that offers the possibility to our existing (we currently have more than 1,000 machines operating in North America) and future customers to benefit from the following:
- Live demos on machine automation
- Live demos on MCP with Camera System
- Test runs on Plate Roll and Angle Roll machines
- Large spare parts inventory (more than 1,500 items)
- Large accessories inventory (more than 50 kits)
The major drive to move into a larger facility with a larger office space that can accommodate our 25 current employees (10 service, 8 sales, 2 spare parts, 4 administration and back office and 1 marketing) was to be able to better support our large network of dealers with more than 85 salesman all over US and Canada.
We are also pleased to share we are the only Company that stocks more than 65 machines (plate and angle roll) available for immediate delivery in North America with capacity ranging from 10 Ga up to 5” and from 3” x 3” up to 8” x 8”.
The Grand Opening held at the beginning of September was a great chance to share this vision with the dealers and to gather their impressions and suggestions, a fundamental help and support in our path of continuous growth.
