DAVI CONTINUES TO FLY HIGH IN THE AEROSPACE INDUSTRY
The variable axis DAVI® press roll MAV SY 2533 has been recently installed at the new AIRBUS factory in Tolosa, France, custom engineered to the technical specifications outlined by customer's technical committee.THE ADVANTAGES OF BEING MARKET LEADER DAVI® was the only manufacturer to accept the challenge of this very particular machine, designed to curve components in structural and ground titanium, which are to be used to support the motors of the well known French JETS, including the new A 380 models. The Factory Acceptance Test was performed in DAVI's facilities in Cesena by highly qualified customers personnel. Following the test the machine was delivered to Tolosa and installed by DAVI technical staff. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OUR CENTRAL GOAL!! The customer has approved the results obtained, given the very high level of technology and levels of accuracy required, tests performed on site confirmed the performance of the machine. The process has also been fine tuned with specialized training course given by DAVI technical personnel, allowing the customers operators and managers to be independent, both regarding use of the machine and use of the SMART PRO CN. The machine is already currently producing regularly in the manufacturing line in France, and the pieces being produced are already "flying" in the sky worldwide.
