This is the most advanced and sophisticated Automatic Line for intensive rolling. This CNC controlled Automatic Rolling Line Cell is designed to roll continuosly high production of stainless steel tanks for the famous brand Rheem Hot Water Systems. The fully synchronized production process is run by one operator who simply presses a "Start" button which initializes the automatic program, starting from the gantry loader which picks up a plate, put it on the infeed conveyor which moves the plate to the plate rolling machine.
