OLEODYNAMIC PRESS

The MPB press was designed as a completely hydraulic machine destinated for flat plates pressing , to proceed afterwords with the flanging of the dish bottom. The range of pressing is up to 9 meter diameter, using the nominal tonnage from 150 up to 1000 tons.

The pretensioned structure minimizes any structural deformation during the pressing procedure. The positions of the piston are always electronically controlled: during its course and during working. The speed of the movement of the piston downwards and upwards is 8 mt/min, while the working speed is 1mt/min. The speed of the movement upwards has been increased thanks to the special hydraulic cylinder which has the function to reduce the time of piston return to the starting position.

The piston position is visualized in every moment through the digital display which enables the operator to monitorize the regular function of the press following the working cycle of the piston.

The creation of the dish bottoms can be effected in a completely automatic mode by means of the DAVI MMP manipulator which becomes the integral part of the press. The manipulator execute the simultaneous movement of the plate in the positions necessary for pressing to create the dish bottom ready for the flanging process by DAVI MBS flanging machine.
