DOUBLE ORDER ? … EVEN BETTER: TRIPLE !
After having ordered last year two VERY LARGE capacity plate roll, an important Korean leader shipbuilder, has TRIPLICATE the initial order, purchasing from DAVI a third plate roll, bigger than the already very heavy first two, for one of its controlled companies, leader in the construction of heavy wall pipes."We are sure also this third roll will give us the same satisfaction of the previous two", - assured the purchasing company CEO -. The third order is for a DAVI 4 roll, with a capacity of 4000 x 150 mm (13' x 6"), very likely the largest 4 roll sold in Asia, ever. "Also in Korea we became the undisputed leaders, beating the competition of the other Italian, German and Swedish manufacturers" - declared Orazio Davi, president of Promau -. "Virtually all the largest machines recently sold in Asia carry the DAVI brand. In the past two years (despite the world economic crisis) we sold almost 20 machines between 100 and 300 mm in thickness capacity, including the heaviest machine ever built (6.000 tons of power) !" Never, the entire world heavy plate roll production (all manufacturer together) has scored this exceptional result: reached by Davi by itself, on its own. |
